Got the new to guide installed and the front end put back on. From what I can tell it does the trick. However the “B” is still having issues binds every time and won’t fully close. Got John an Adrian to help try and pin point where it was catching. Finally tore the front off and took the “B” out of it’s carriage to inspect the glides. One was totally chewed up. When I originally installed it I had burned through a chunk of the glide over time that jagged hole just ate up the track where the bearings rode… actually about a third of them were missing.
Tommorrow I will replace that guide and then start testing motors .

All in all not a bad day! Had to change out the belt drive for chain drive with a higher gear ratio to get the turret to turn but it works fine now. Also got all the motors on all cylinders tested and they work pistons moved up and down etc.
Tomorrow I need to test the drive that pushes the turret out over the pallette and wrangle wires.

Almost there we should be ready Thursday. I eliminated the need to push turret out over the pallette now the pallette is the only thing that moves on the “B”. The motor that pushed the turret out couldn’t do it. This is a much better set up should have done it like this way back.
Just need to wrangle cables and secure top of turret, buy some fuses and we are good to go. I’ll give you a call tommorow pm and we can discuss plans.

Wrangled wire just need to straigten out the tail ends and stick the conveyor and pump in and pop in a couple of fuses.
